STB Provides Public Guidelines for Environmental Scoping Hearings
December 12th, 2007In response to inquiries from the public, The Surface Transportation Board (Board) is providing additional guidance on how to participate in the economic and environmental analyses of the proposed acquisition of the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway Company by Canadian National Railway Corporation and Grand Trunk Corporation.
